Time, TV: 8:30 p.m., ESPN

Line: Washington by 3½

The skinny: The Cougars look to end their fifth consecutive season with a bowl victory. The Huskies are looking to use this game as a steppingstone to a new era under new coach Chris Petersen. Marques Tuiasosopo will coach this game for Washington.
