Residents of the Marimark Apartments downtown wonder what's next: In a move that angered some city leaders, about 60 people who live at 1226 Marquette Av. S will have to find a new home. This week, the Westminster Presbyterian Church next door closed on a nearly $5 million deal to buy the property, demolish the Marimark Apartments and use the space to expand its ministry and parking. 11 charged, two more sought in big heroin bust: The 15-month investigation was led by the Fifth Precinct community response team, which worked with the Drug Enforcement Administration task force. During the investigation, undercover officers purchased heroin from dealers about 20 times, a police spokesman said.
