No free schnapps is involved, but the Vikings will make the fans headed to Sunday's freezing playoff game at TCF Bank Stadium a little more bearable.

The team announced it will dole out free hand warmers at entry gates and have free Caribou coffee in the Fan Zone on Oak Street before the noon game against the Seahawks.

Mariucci Arena will also be open as a warming house starting at 9 a.m.

Blankets (non-battery operated) are encouraged, and the team also says bringing in Styrofoam or cardboard to put under their feet will be allowed.

Tickets, including for lower level seats, remain for the game at vikings.com/tickets.
