Vikings interim coach Leslie Frazier said he expects to meet with owner Zygi Wilf next week to discuss the future and whether Frazier will become the team's permanent coach. That meeting will be set up today, according to Frazier.

Frazier has said numerous times since taking over as coach in late November that while he has had regular discussions with Zygi Wilf and team president Mark Wilf that his future employment has yet to be discussed.

Frazier could be a hot candidate on the coaching market after Sunday, when the Vikings close the regular season at Detroit. Asked if he's prepared to give the Vikings the first shot, Frazier said: "This is where I want to be. I want to be with the Minnesota Vikings. But the most important thing for me and our team right now is to find a way to go to Detroit and get a road win against a much improved football team and that's where my focus and energy has to be along with our players, our staff. We'v'e got a big task ahead of us. Those guys, they want to get a four-game winning streak, we want to get a two-game winning streak going."
