Found: Cambridge woman described as vulnerable

A 20-year-old woman, described as a vulnerable adult, was found safe Wednesday after having been missing since Tuesday afternoon from a home in Cambridge, Minn.

Before her return late Wednesday morning, Randi Joy Barker was least seen about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday with her bicycle, police said. She was supposed to be back home about 4:30 p.m.
