Former Vikings quarterback Warren Moon was at Winter Park on Wednesday and will speak to the club's rookies about life in the NFL and potential challenges that could arise in their careers, according to Mike Wobschall of the Vikings website.
Vikings coach Brad Childress and Les Pico, the team's executive director of player development, invited the Hall of Fame quarterback to talk to the rookies.
Wobschall reports that Moon and running back Adrian Peterson had a casual conversation in the Vikings practice facility. Moon played for the Vikings from 1994 to '96.
