Breakfast for $2.50? At Rusty Taco (522 E. Hennepin Av., Mpls., 612-315-5372 and 508 Lexington Av. S., St. Paul, 651-698-2777, www.rustytacomn.com), the answer is "yes," times four, in the form of a quartet of tacos. All are filled with scrambled eggs and Cheddar cheese, with a choice of diced potatoes, chorizo, bacon or jalapeño sausage. Even better? They're served all day, every day. The mini-chain has a new location on the horizon, opening soon at Bass Lake Road and Intestate 494 in Maple Grove.
