A 27-year-old Minnesota man apparently killed his girlfriend and their infant daughter in Florida on Saturday before shooting himself, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
Kevin Benjamin Olesen Farias was in critical condition in a Florida hospital after surviving a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Jessica Johnson, 32, of Wisconsin and the couple's daughter, Gabriela Farias, who was 1, died, the Sheriff's Office said.
The mother and daughter were found lying in the middle of a clay road in the Ocala National Forest, which is northwest of Orlando.
