Florence Welch We hope it will be spring and not dog days when Florence + the Machine return April 27 at the State Theatre. We waited a long time after Florence Welch's breakthrough debut, 2009's "Lungs," was released before she made her Twin Cities concert debut in June 2011 at the Minnesota Zoo. Those tickets sold out in February. Now Flo + the Machine are touring behind their critically lauded second album, "Ceremonials." Blood Orange will open. Tickets, priced at $42.50 and $52.50, will go on sale at noon Jan. 28 at the State box office, ticketmaster.com, hennepintheatretrust.org and 800-982-2787.
