Other than the fact that it's cold here, flights are operating on time at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport this morning, except for outbound flights to San Francisco, Newark and Chicago's O-Hare airports.

Flights headed to Chicago are leaving an average of 1 hour and 25 minutes late. The delays are due to snow and ice, the Federal Aviation Administration said.

However, no delays to inbound flights at Chicago's Midway Airport were being reported.

Windy conditions in San Francisco and Newark, N.J. are resulting in departures taking off about 60 minutes tardy, the FAA said.
