Breaking Weather News... This storm is coming right up the chute, and NewEngland will get some snow from it. For the past couple of days, we've stressedthat there would be a substantial snowfall from western North Carolina tocentral Virginia Saturday, but it was unclear if the storm would get as farnorth as New England. Now, it's become rather obvious that there is nothing toblock the storm, and accumulating snow will get all the way to Maine bySaturday night. Our current snowfall map still shows the heaviest snowfall over the centralAtlantic region, but don't be surprised if there are several inches of snowfrom the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania all the way to eastern Maine.

Worst travel conditions Saturday will be basically along the Interstate 81corridor from the western part of Virginia to south-central Pennsylvania.

Interstate 95 should remain wet for the better part of the day.

Later Saturday and Saturday night, slippery travel conditions will spread fromwestern Connecticut through Massachusetts and lower New Hampshire intosoutheastern Maine.
