Fishing got rolling on Otter Tail Lake this weekend. Ice conditions are 0" to 8". We find some open water in the Grandpa Island over to Greenwood Resort area. Also some spots northeast of Balmoral hump. Please use caution!
Permanent houses are on the shoreline breaks at this time. Four wheelers or walking is the mode of transportation.
Fish were being caught in 18 to 30 feet of water during low light conditions.
Smaller lakes are producing lots of panfish!
