Slip bobber
A must-have piece of tackle for crappie and sunnie fishing is the slip bobber. Other bobbers can suffice, depending on water clarity and depth of water fished. But a lightweight slip bobber enables the angler to remain far enough from where fish are congregated to not spook them when casting. Bait depth also can be adjusted quickly using a slip bobber, varying bait presentations as fish move.
