Four separate accidents that snarled traffic on northbound 35W between 60th Street and 46th Street have cleared. Traffic is slowly getting back to normal. You'll need 15 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.

The stalled vehicle on the ramp from eastbound 494 to southbound Cedar Avenue has been towed away. No more obstruction there.

It's 20 minutes on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.

Look for building levels on westbound Hwy. 36 from Edgerton St. to Hwy. 280.

And there is minor congestion on southbound 35E from County Road J to County 96 and from Larpenteur Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

You'll find pockets of congestion on northbound Hwy. 169 from Old Shakopee Road to 494 and on westbound 494 from Portland Avenue to France Avenue.
