Finally: a "Captain Planet" reboot

What we've all been waiting for

Yes, this makes sense. Every other cartoon is getting rebooted in the hopes it'll either find a new audience or rope in some "adults" who want to sit around and enjoy something "retro" with requisite irony. But this? No one was asking for this, but that never stopped them. The LA Times says:

Yes, a Captain Planet movie. At least it'll make them upgrade the website. Do you want the ENHANCED site with SHOCKWAVE? Wow! The pictures move and everything. "Mouse over" Captain Planet back and forth, and it's like he's dancing.
