Nov. 23, 2010: Pre-licensing inspection found no Animal Welfare Act violations. Wholesale dog breeder license granted Jan. 3, 2011.

Mar. 24, 2011: No violations found.

Oct. 17, 2011: Serious violation cited for improperly euthanizing 10 dogs by drowning.

Nov. 28, 2011: No violations.

Feb. 15, 2012: Inspector found nine indirect violations involving record-keeping, equipment and unsanitary practices. Source: USDA
