After a soft opening late last year, styling salon Smart & Chic Beauty Lounge is making it official. The intimate appointment-only salon offers hair styling, blowouts, makeup applications and eyelash extensions for individuals and groups. For the soiree, owner Julie Swenson promises a 1940s theme with classic cocktails, a retro soundtrack, makeup touchups, product samples and swag bags.
