Justin Tao

What are you wearing? Charles & 1/2 Moto jacket from Urban Outfitters, Mossimo V-neck from Target, Bullhead skinny jeans from PacSun, Converse shoes from DSW.

Describe your style: Urban? Not sure.

Who are your style icons? I joined the Vietnamese Student Association of Minnesota freshman year to dance hip-hop. Since then, the dancing community has influenced my style.

What inspires you? People who chase their dreams no matter how risky the outcome may be.

Han Bui

What are you wearing? I bought this ao dai in Vietnam on a tour.

Describe your style: Besides this Vietnamese formalwear, I like to dress classy and simple.

How has fashion played a part in Vietnamese culture? The ao dai is the iconic dress for women. Throughout the ages it has become more modernized, but the original style is still a classic.

What inspires you? My parents inspire me in every sense.

Kathy Chanthalangsy

What are you wearing? Cardigan from Express, top and bomber jacket from Forever 21, tights from Charlotte Russe, boots from DSW.

Describe your style: Very chic, simple yet sophisticated. A little boho.

Who are your style icons?

The Kardashians. Mostly Kourtney -- her style is fun and daring.

What inspires you? My mother. I know if I strive for success it will make her happy because she did the best she could to make me who I am today.

Who are your style icons? Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Andy Torres (www.stylescrapbook.com) and Rumi from Fashiontoast (www.fashiontoast.com).

How do you celebrate Tet? We celebrate the first day with close family, the second with relatives and friends, and on the third day we pray for prosperity and jobs. The kids receive the red envelope containing "li xi" (lucky money) from the elders.
