'Flights of Fancy'

With Alexander McQueen's recent death, feathers must have been on the minds of the Goldstein's curators. Their summer exhibition pays tribute to the role of feathers in fashion. Although you won't see any McQueen on display, you will see pieces by designers such as Bob Mackie, Bill Blass, Sonia Rykiel, Victor Costa and Oscar de la Renta. Feathered dress is encouraged, of course. More event details.

Go Live

Swingin' salon and gallery FiveTwoSix's "Go Live" series is back, this time with a babes-and-bikes theme. That's right -- chicks in lingerie, motorcycles and tattoos. The gallery stays true to its arty vibe with lingerie by punk-inspired local designer Brittany Hughes and motorcycles custom-painted by artists Atom Pechman and Tristan Thiel. Also on display will be tattoo rock sculptures by Marc Clements and tattoo photography from Visual Addiction.
