30, digital PR strategist What are you wearing? Forever 21 earrings and belt, a $7 top from Marshalls, XOXO pants from Macy's and Payless shoes.

If you were an item of clothing, what would you be? A Miu Miu harlequin tunic.

If your outfit could order a drink, what would it be? A champagne cocktail.

How do you decide your color combinations? I pick the color of my eye shadow first and go from there.

26, fashion editor for Metro magazine What are you wearing? Boots, dress, belt, beads and scarf from Tatters, an H&M T-shirt and a necklace from Buffalo Exchange.

If you were an item of clothing, what would you be? A spacesuit.

If your outfit could order a drink, what would it be? Boxed wine in a plastic cup.

How do you decide your color combinations? I start with a base of black or white, throw in some vibrant tones and hope for the best.

27, artist, librarian, fun-haver What are you wearing? A dress from a Boston dollar-a-pound, tights from Croatia, shoes from a Vermont church sale, and vintage glasses from the Spectacle Shoppe.

If you were an item of clothing, what would you be? A cape.

If your outfit could order a drink, what would it be? A hip flask of whiskey.

How do you decide your color combinations? The more tired I am, the more colors I wear.

How do you decide your color combinations? It depends on where I am going, who will be there and what my mood is.
