Amanda Christine show

Since she made her debut at a runway show with Kimberly Jurek a few years ago, Amanda Christine Natzel has raised the bar for local fashion in both design and business savvy. Her classic-with-a-twist designs are always on-trend and extremely wearable. Expect more of the edgy, street-smart style of the modern Parisian woman. The show will also include a runway segment from Cliche; a pop-up boutique featuring local designers, and the new handbag line by K.Jurek and Amanda Christine.

Grand opening

After years of watching his girlfriend Sacha Martin run women's boutiques Bluebird Boutique and Ladyslipper, Adam Tischler got inspired to open his own. Bluepeg, just around the corner from Bluebird, offers understated, effortlessly cool sweaters from Vince, tees from the Sam Guy, denim from Postage, shoes from Palladium and watches by Nixon. Hit up the opening reception (6-9 p.m. Thu.) for an exhibition of sexy-sweet paintings by Martzia Thometz.
