Sever's Fall Festival

School and work can be tough, so grab the family and head to Shakopee for some weekend fun. Relax and make corn angels in the extreme corn pit. Find your way through the giant corn maze and test your endurance in an obstacle course. There's also magic shows, pig races and a kiddie train. For an extra fee, ride a camel or take a hayride. Don't leave before picking out a pumpkin to carve for Halloween. (1-8 p.m. Fri.; 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Sat.; 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sun. $12-$15. Sever's Corn Maze, 1100 Canterbury Rd., Shakopee. seversfallfestival.com.)
