A group called the Historical Reenactment Society reenacted an ambush for onlookers attending the Minnesota Military Expo held at Fort Snelling. The demonstration was of a typical platoon sized action that the U.S.Armyís 88th Division, then located 20 miles south of Rome in June of 1994, would have been involved in against retreating forces of the German Army. The photo shows German soldiers deploying for the ambush from a halftrack vehicle. ORG XMIT: MIN2013050713044455
