Saturday-next Sunday: A bur oak that stood in Eagan for an estimated 300 years serves as the town's logo and is celebrated at the Holz Farm's Lone Oak Days. The farm, established in the 1870s, is maintained as a time capsule of Minnesota farm life of the 1930s and '40s. The festival offers demonstrations, including blacksmithing, butter churning and plowing, plus vintage farm equipment displays, pony and hay rides and children's activities. (11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sat.-next Sun. Free; fees for some activities. Holz Farm, 4665 Manor Dr., Eagan. 651-675-5500. www.cityofeagan.com.) BRIAN LEEHAN
