Family + kids spotlight: Fishing for Life Fish Fair
Fishing for Life Fish Fair comes to Anoka.
Friday-Saturday: Kids can load up on gear and information for the fishing season at the Fishing for Life Fish Fair. Learn about fish species, fishing techniques, habitat, equipment, tackle and sportsmanship. In addition to an all-you-can-eat fish fry, there will be a sportsman's garage sale and a boat and recreational vehicle auction. Kids can enjoy the live trout pond, minnow races (pictured), fish art, games, fly-fishing competition, information on camping, summer camps, fishing and more.
