Santa’s North Pole Experience
No need to make the more than 3,000-mile trip to the North Pole to visit Santa and Mrs. Claus. Visit them in the Twin Cities area at this annual attraction where families can ride in a sleigh pulled by reindeer. Eat milk and cookies as Santa reads Christmas stories. There’s also a coloring and movie room, face painting and more. If your family hasn’t picked out a Christmas tree yet, the Eden Prairie Optimist Club sells them on site. (11 a.m.-7 p.m. today; 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Sat.-Sun. Free. 13600 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie. 952-380-8884, santasnorthpoleexperience.com.)
