It's all "irie" at this Caribbean festival with cultural activities and a parade. Part of the lineup of Aquatennial attractions, the event highlights Caribbean culture with spicy and fragrant food bites from local eateries against the background of reggae and calypso music. (11 a.m. Sat. $5-$7. West River Parkway and 3rd Avenue S., Mpls.)
