The Greater Twin Cities United Way honored Sage Cowles and her late husband, John, with a lifetime achievement award for helping "shape the civic and cultural landscape of the Twin Cities." The organization also honored Anne and Chris Policinski for their outstanding civic leadership. Both couples are members of the United Way's Tocqueville Society, which annually recognizes local philanthropic efforts.
