Binoculars (4): $1,370 worth, by Minnesota State Patrol

Infrared camera (1): $396,000, by Minnesota State Patrol

Armored vehicle (1): $65,000, by Chisago County Sheriff's Office

Utility trucks (2): $220,000 for both, by Janesville and Breckenridge police departments
