A former Morrison County prosecutor was convicted on Thursday of trying to photograph a woman in a dressing room at a southwest Minneapolis consignment shop last November.
Former Assistant Morrison County Attorney Jason Rolloff, 39, was found guilty of invasion of privacy, disorderly conduct and lurking, all misdemeanors. Sentencing was set for Nov. 7.
According to court documents, a woman was disrobing in a dressing room at the Nu Look Consignment store at 50th Street and Penn Avenue S. when she looked up and saw a man holding what appeared to be a camera phone.
Rolloff resigned his position in February.
