Evidence of the manure puddle remains

The puddle has been cleaned up, thanks to two citizen Whistleblowers.

When I got a tip earlier this week about a puddle of horse manure lingering in a gutter on a Minneapolis street, I just had to see it and smell it for myself. I took the photographs above on Tuesday. By Wednesday, it was gone.
