Entertainment wires are a bit thin this morn. The headline on this wire story wonders "Will Eminem finally get Grammy coronation?" It's a question that's been on everyone's mind.
What does this have to do with Groundhog Day? Nothing. The authors of the piece - it took two - use "Groundhog "Day" to mean "something that happens again." It would make more sense if Eminem had a song about groundhogs or Bill Murray. The entire thing would make more sense if anyone cared about the Grammys. It's possible a Grammy award is the one thing missing from Mr. Mather's life, and the moment he gets one he will stop being a glowering, ultra-serious multi-millionaire Important Artist Who Is Brought to You by Chrysler, and have some fun again. If that's what it takes, give him two.
