The Lynx have won two of three games they have played against Phoenix this season at US Airways Center.
The Mercury were first in the WNBA in points per game, field goal and free throw percentage and assists. The Lynx were first in rebounding.
A TOUGH OUT
Phoenix is 12-3 all-time and 6-1 at home in elimination games in postseason series.
The Mercury overcame five elimination games to win the 2009 WNBA title.
WELL TRAVELED
Saturday was the first "off day" for the Mercury in the playoffs. They either traveled – a total of 6,980 miles on two round trips to Seattle and one to Minneapolis -- or played a game every other day.
If the third-seeded Phoenix wins this series with the Lynx, the Mercury would be the lowest seed from the Western Conference to advance to the WNBA finals.
KEY 'OTHER' MERC
Phoenix is 8-0 this season when forward Candice Dupree scores 20 points or more. She had two points in the Mercury's loss to the Lynx in the first game of this series.
