Electrical work draws state fines

Three businesses that performed electrical work were penalized by the Department of Labor and Industry last month.

Accurate Communication Solutions Inc., St. Paul, $10,000 fine with $7,500 stayed.

The licensed company must make sure its unlicensed power limited technicians are properly registered.

Aqua Lawn & Landscaping Inc. and Joseph Louwagie, West Fargo, N.D., $5,000 fine with $4,500 stayed.

Louwagie must stop acting as a power limited technician, electrical contractor or technology system contractor until licensed.

Crocker Satellite TV and Dean Crocker, Longville, Minn., $2,000 civil penalty stayed.

Crocker must stop acting as a technology systems contractor until licensed.
