An Edina attorney has been suspended indefinitely by the Minnesota Supreme Court for professional misconduct.

Patrick J. Nolan III, 61, was convicted of a felony for making a false statement to U.S. Postal Service inspection agents during a criminal investigation. He can petition for reinstatement in three years.

The disciplinary action came after a petition from the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
