It's every garage saler's dream to find the family that is so motivated to get rid of their stuff that they price is absurdly low. It's a similar vibe going on today at Grethen House, where about 170 pieces from past spring and fall seasons are 90 percent off.

Shorts, a lot of pants, dresses, skirts, tops and sweaters are included from designers such as Peter Cohen and Comme des Garcons. Prices after the 90 percent discount will range from $15 to $80 in sizes 0 to 14.

Not all of the store's merchandise is discounted. The 90 percent off merch. takes up about 4 racks. Some new spring items are discounted 20 or 30 percent.

Sale hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today and Friday (June 2-3) and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The Edina Art Fair is in progress during the sale at 4930 France Av. S., Edina, 952-926-8725.
