Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Rosemount, Osseo draw top seeds in Class 6A football state tournament

Pairings released Saturday for the Class 6A football state tournament give the top four seeds to Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Rosemount and Osseo.

Top-seeded Eden Prairie will play Lakeville North at 5 p.m. Friday in the Metrodome. Maple Grove, which earned the second seed, plays Roseville at 8 p.m. Thursday at TCF Bank Stadium.

Otherquarterfinal matchups include No. 3 seed Rosemount against Eastview at TCF Bank Stadium starting at 5 p.m. Thursday and fourth-seeded Osseo against No. 5 Totino-Grace at 8 p.m. Friday in the Metrodome.

The pairings were released by the Minnesota State High School League.
