Eden Prairie won its third consecutive girls' lacrosse state championship, this time by beating Blake 16-10 on Saturday at Chanhassen High School.
Blake (14-5) scored the game's first three goals, but Eden Prairie (18-1) took the lead, 7-6, with more than seven minutes remaining in the first half and never relinquished it.
Abby Johnson, Eden Prarie's sophomore forward, had six goals.
