Eat the food, digest the culture

Here's a new blog that explores culture and food talks to a Singaporean food critic who makes you want to jet (on an empty stomach) to his country.

"Cook, smell touch, see, taste the place for yourself," Singaporean food critic K.F. Seetoh says before raving about the food of his country, a unique mix of Chinese, Indian and Indonesian cuisines. Check it out at a great new blog, The Hyphenated Chef, which promises to explore the intersection of food, culture and identity. It's a perfect place for a video of Seetoh, whose mantra is "eat the food, digest the culture."
