It's slow moving on throughfares in St. Paul.

Traffic is stacked up on northbound Hwy. 52 from Plato Blvd.

Westbound 36 from 35E to 35W is moving at speeds of 20 miles per hour in spots.

Look for backups on northbound 35E from Hwy. 110 to 94 making for a 25-minute drive.

In the south metro, the Crosstown shows no sign of loosening up; plan on 20 minutes each direction between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 169.

In the north metro, watch out for police activity on eastbound 694 at University Avenue.
