Spread John McCain's official talking points around the Web -- and you could win prizes! That, in essence, is the McCain campaign's pitch to supporters to join its new online effort.

At www.johnmccain.com, visitors are invited to "Spread the Word" by sending supplied comments -- such as "John McCain has a comprehensive economic plan" -- to websites. Just cut and paste. People receive points each time they place a favorable comment on one of the listed websites (subject to verification). The points can be traded for prizes, such as preferred seating at campaign events and even a ride with McCain on his Straight Talk Express bus, spokesman Brian Rogers said.
