Eagan Art House wants locally oriented work to exhibit

The Eagan Art House is seeking works that represent the city's "natural environment or community spirit" to display at the Eagan Community Center during 2012.

Works by individual artists or small groups will be accepted for displays scheduled to last several weeks at a time.

Applications are due by Jan. 20. For guidelines, go to eaganarthouse.org or call 651-675-5521.

Noah Hoehn to sing the blues on Jan. 21Blues artist Noah Hoehn will perform at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 21 in the Lakeville Area Arts Center, 20965 Holyoke Av.

Hoehn's style blends new blues and marimba pop. Tickets are $15 and are available at the arts center or by calling 952-985-4640.
