October 5, 2015 at 2:45AM

A St. Paul man was killed in a rollover crash in Mounds View early Sunday, the State Patrol said.

Cyrus Irani, 52, was on a ramp leading from Hwy. 10 to Interstate 35W when his sport-utility vehicle left the road and rolled multiple times.

The patrol said it was not known whether Irani, who was wearing his seat belt, had been drinking.

The crash occurred about 3:50 a.m. and was the second fatal accident on a metro-area roadway this weekend.

According to the patrol, Robert Zirbes, 54, of Maple Grove, died after he ran a red light on his motorcycle and broadsided a car in Brooklyn Park about 1:45 a.m. Saturday.

He was not wearing a helmet. Alcohol was believed to have been a factor in the crash, the patrol said.
