An accident on eastbound I-94 near 3rd Avenue in downtown Minneapolis has cleared

An accident on eastbound I-94 near 3rd Avenue in downtown Minneapolis has cleared.

That's snarling traffic on 94 as far back as Lowry Avenue. Plan on 30 minutes to travel the 5 miles from Lowry to 35W.
