Donald Trump will make a brief campaign stop at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on Sunday afternoon, the campaign announced Saturday.

The GOP presidential candidate's running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, plans to visit Minnesota on Monday.

Trump, speaking Saturday morning at a rally in Florida, mentioned the Minnesota trip. The rally will be held at 2 p.m. at the Sun Country Airlines hangar at the airport. Gates will open at 11 a.m.

Pence will hold a rally at the Duluth airport at 9:30 a.m. Monday. Doors will open at 7:30 a.m.

Tickets to both events can be obtained at donaldjtrump.com/schedule.

Trump has been focusing in the campaign's closing days on stops in swing states and a few, like Minnesota, that lean more Democratic.

This will be the first Minnesota political rally in Trump's presidential bid. He was here for a fundraiser in August.

Democrat Hillary Clinton appeared in the state a few times as a presidential candidate but has not visited since the general election campaign got underway.
