I just saw him this weekend in a movie directed by Francis Ford Coppola; playing a brief role as an uber-gawky teen was Sofia Coppola. Things I never knew: Nic Cage is actually . . . a Coppola himself.

But who knew there was Tiger Blood in the family? GQ mag details an earlier scene of revelry in the Big Easy; Cage had a fight with his wife, and she'd left the restaurant with their kid Kal-El - yes, he's named after a Superman character - and Cage kept pouring on the sauce.
