Frogs and toads: grunts, chuckles, snores and more

Hop over to the visitor center where you can learn about frogs and toads that call Minnesota home. Learn all kinds of cool amphibian facts and listen to frog and toad calls. Try the fast-growing sport and get a full-body workout. Equipment provided. The paddleboards have a manufacturer's recommended weight limit of 220-250 pounds. Beginning participants at or above the manufacturer's recommended weight limit may experience difficulty standing or balancing while on the boards. Cost is $35 and reservations are required. Three Rivers Park District is dedicated to providing recreational activities for people of all mobility levels. Try adaptive off-road handcycles.
