A distracted driver hit four people outside a St. Paul coffee shop Thursday night.
Two of the pedestrians were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries that weren't life-threatening.
St. Paul police said the driver was traveling east on Grand Avenue when he crossed into the westbound lanes and drove up on the sidewalk in front of the Dunn Bros. coffee shop near Macalester College at Snelling Avenue.
Police said the driver was distracted, but no other details were available Thursday night. Alcohol use wasn't suspected to be a factor in the accident, police said.
