Dispute over commissioner raises gets personal

Early in the day the Senate passed a Tom Bakk amended bill that would delay Governor Dayton's raises for commissioners until July 1. Governor Dayton responded with a news conference during which he said Bakk "stabbed him in the back" connives" said "I learned a brutal lesson" and felt "blindsided."
