Learn winter trout fishing basics, from the winter steam environment to all the necessary equipment. Rich Enochs from the National Trout Center in Preston, Minn., will lead a winter trout fishing program for beginners at Whitewater State Park on Saturday, Jan. 3, 11 a.m.-noon.
